but are left at the end of the preceding song,
so that each track starts as closely as possible
with the beginning of the songs ... the place
was packed, as it always is for Dave and Gill.
the crowd was raucous but attentive. so there's
a bit of yahooing, the applause is a mite hot,
but when it matters you can just about hear a
pin drop ... disc swap after track 16, so the
beginning of Bells Of Harlem is missing ...
